Bike is amazing. Easy assembly good 31.3 mph speed. The looks of this bike stock are nice but the amount of upgrades and mods you can do are great. The seat is very comfy for longer rides. The bike functions as you wish. 15.6 ah battery gets you far miles. Screen is also high quality. They also give you a nice phone holder as well. Screen also has a usb port for a charger or light bar plug in. In my opinion it’s better than the regular 1500 continuous wattage 20ah. That bike only goes 34mph 3 mph difference way better price.

Rides very well, Great Cunstomer Care team. I had a problem right after I got the bike and they sent me the parts that weren't working. Took a minute for everything to arrive but once I got the bike working I've had fun, so far I have almost 300 miles on it. If you plan on going up hill, throttle only looks to get about 24 miles out of everything, and flat gets around 35-40, pedal assist also seems to get around 40 miles but I haven't fully tested it yet. Good suspension and overall a fun bike, was the best upgrade I've gotten so far for my commute to work, plus 30mph is fast enough unless you wanna go up hill. I'd recommend a 1500w motor if you plan on going up hill quite often.

Bike stopped working over a month ago and customer service has been slow and bike is still not working. This was a birthday present for our son so we are very disappointed with the company’s response. Do not buy if you want support if it fails. Please help if you can.

The bike is well built and solidly constructed. I was the initial crash test dummy and I’m 200 pounds. Now my son rides it and is much more willing to go out and explore and visit his friends that are normally a parent car ride away. There was an issue with the front tire due to a delivery mishap. I contacted them Monday evening. The issue was resolved by Thursday.

The media could not be loaded. So I got the ridstar after a couple months, I hate that FedEx kinda screwed over the shipping process and caused the package to be delayed 2 days but in terms of the bike, it rides very smoothly.The assembly wasn’t to hard but I had to use a video off YouTube for some parts. One problem I did have with the bikes was the breaks, it makes a weird sound when breaking so I would get new breaks but other than that the bike was amazing quality for money and I do recommend this bike for people wanting to get into bike riding with ebikes.

Definitely was a great choice for my son. Rides smooth operates great. Taillight let went out but sent me a replacement asap which was easy to install. I'd definitely by another one do to the quickness of customer service and how well the bike operates

Great bike for a good price. Son loves it. Easy to assemble and is a smooth ride.

Quick shipping. Good seller. Bike is partially disassembled but very easy to put together, even came with multi purpose tool. Great battery range and motor power and does 31 mph. Suspension is mediocre , but for under $1000 Just buy it if your wanting a good all around E bike.
