This pillow is perfect. I've tried all sorts of knee and body pillows and this one is my favorite. It is perfect size and density. Not too hard or soft. The cover slips off to clean it easily too. The only thing that was odd was when I was ordering it there were two size options in the dropdown but only one size description in the details. I'm not sure there is more than one size but I selected the larger size.

I am 22 weeks pregnant and was having very bad hip pain. My chiropractor suggested I sleep with a pillow folded in half or get an actual knee pillow. So I tried folding a pillow in half to put between my knees for a while and it just wasn't working very well for me It kept moving and did not keep me from twisting my hips when I slept. It was more comfortable for me to sleep with one knee over the other but it put a lot of stress on my hips and was causing me a lot of pain. So I decided to try this knee pillow after I looked at a bunch of different ones and I am very pleased with this one so far. It gives my legs the support really good and because it is indented It keeps me from laying one knee over the other and twisting my hips in my sleep. I have not had hip pain since I started using it about 3 weeks ago. I think it is a pretty good size and the shape is perfect. So I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try if you are having hip pain and especially if you are expecting and are needing to support your hips. This pillow is pretty stiff and took a little getting used to. Because it is all memory foam and doesn't really have much give to it. So it would be nice if it was maybe a little bit softer but because it is stiff it gives the support I need. One little tip that I found was helpful was when using this pillow because it is not real big it does not give any support to your feet so if you don't like your feet just laying on top of each other, I would suggest putting a thin pillow between them. So if you're looking for a good knee pillow that's going to give you the support you need I would definitely recommend this pillow!

I’m a side sleeper and this is great for your knees to not to be together. Doesn’t take a lot of space but it is very comfortable and helps with your hips

I am a side sleeper and I have low back/sciatic pain that flares up. My doctor recommended sleeping with pillow between my knees. I decided to give this one a try, regular bed pillows are too big. I am happy with the quality of sleep I had with this pillow. Good for the price and like that the cover can be washed.

This is nice and firm. Not as comfortable as I had hoped it seems to be a bit short. It is easy to wash with the removable cover.

I have used a few of these and this one stays put. I am tall and my knees fall off the end unlike the model. I can't address what it would be like to have my knees on the pillow but it seems like it would not be as nice. Definitely worth trying!

I Absolutely love this pillow.. it is small enough to fit comfortably under blankets.. and rolling over is easy and stays in place.. by morning you forget it's there.. really helps my knee and hip pain.. would definitely recommend trying it!!

This support pillow works very well. I used to use a regular pillow for support as I am a side sleeper. It is much easier to shift with this contoured shape and sized pillow. The small unit is more than adequate fit for me 5’10” 200 lbs. if you are well over 6’ you might need a larger size. The pillow is well worth the price.
