Easy to install and they solved the problem!
The YouTube videos I watched were right about how easy these were to install. I did clean up the old grease out of the upper sockets before adding the new lithium grease. Make sure you do only one suspension rod at a time so the tub stays in place. Our Samsung washer (model WA45H7000AW/A2) has two S-shaped metal pins which prevent the top from going straight up and it will seem like the top is stuck. So, start by using a putty knife or other thin metal blade to depress each of the two metal spring clips at the very front (this is the same as they show in most of the videos). The top will pop up just a bit, then slide the top forward an inch or two so you clear those S-shaped pins, and you can then swing the top up (still keeping all the wires attached at the back) and hold or fasten the top to something to keep it open while you work. See attached photo of the new suspension rod installed next to the S-shaped pin. I mention this because I didn't find a video that addressed the pins and I think they were installed as part of a recall so not all models have them. Ours has a sticker on the front that warns about the possibility of the top coming off during a spin cycle so that's a clue you might have the S-shaped pins.Enough about pins, the suspension rods worked like a charm and solved the out of balance problem nicely!

Did not work for long. Do not waste your money.
The suspension rods were pretty easy to replace. I did watch a couple YouTube videos. It took about 30 minutes to switch them out.The oem rod is over $100 for one rod for my machine. So i figured I would try these and fix it myself to save some money. But these rods did not last long at all. Lasted about a month and now the washer is going unbalanced just as bad as it was before replacing them.So you think you are fixing the problem for a good price. But if you are having to replace them every couple months it definitely isn't saving any money. Do not buy these. It will be a waste of money.

Fit as expected. Easy install.
I ordered these for my son, as his washing machine went on the fritz. He installed them, but they did not completely solve his, washer filled, going through the cycles, but doing nothing else, issue. I ended up needing to order another part, and hopefully, that will finish fixing it. He says these are good quality, easy to install, and were as expected. He would recommend them, but not the washing machine...

Works well on my 3200 series Samsung
I have the 3200 series Samsung washer. Load would not stay balanced (code U6). Washing machine tilted like an old fashioned pinball machine almost every load. My machine is not on the approved list of the seller but I took a chance. The new rods are slightly thicker than the old ones but they fit and work perfectly. Easy to change out if you watch a few Youtube videos. Very happy with purchase.

Cheaper but better than the competition!
My Samsung washer that was having issues with the drum shaking the machine violently and hitting its inner walls, causing a DC error. Looking up the OEM parts from Samsung and certified distributors, a single suspension rod was anywhere from $60-80 EACH!I got these suspension rods after some research. The stock OEM suspension rods are a common and known point of failure, and the cause for recalls in the past. Unlike the OEM parts, which are thin and with weaker springs, these replacement rods are truly as advertised - an upgrade. The rods are thicker and the springs take more force to compress. They come with a small, almost unnoticeable amount of lubricant on the spring end. As such, it's advisable to add your own thick, heavy duty grease for longevity and to prevent extra spring noises down the line. Lithium grease is the common recommendation. You can find many guides online on how to replace the suspension rods, I used a written guide, but others have found success with youtube videos. It's definitely doable by yourself (but an extra hand is nice to have), just be extra careful with the suspension rod on the rear right corner, as it has a tube/hose looped around and fastened to it. Time will tell if these last, but after replacing my washer's suspension rods, my washer was back to running like it was new. I'm writing this review a few months after purchase and it's still running great. I will update if anything changes.

Won’t last long!
Fixed issue of constant unbalanced load on Samsung top load washer for approximately 2 weeks. Suspension rods wore out that fast and started the unbalanced load issue again. After putting on the new suspension rods, the drum was nice and tight if you pushed down on it, after 2 weeks, when you push the drum down it bounces up and down several times meaning the springs are very weak. Not a good value if you have to replace them every 2 weeks!
