Q: on the underside of the putter, what is the weight (in grams) of each insert?

It depends. Some have red weights and some have black and the weight is different depending on the color. The black ones are 15g each, not sure about the red ones.

Q: Is this the S (slant) version of the putter? Four of the pictures of the two ball tour lined have the slant, while the fifth pic. does not.

I have the 2 ball Ten Triple Track, and the hosel into the putter head is "slant" right. This version also allows for changing one or both weights on the bottom to further adjust your putting arc. Great high tech putter. Make sure you get the right length.

Q: if I order armlock+ 2 ball line 40 inch, is that still 3 loft? i want to 7 loft at least because of armlock types.

Q: Are the weights on the bottom removable/replaceable?

Yes, they are screwed in like the Scotty Cameron weights are.
