Bought this to add sesame flavor without the calories. Amazon is the only place I have seen this. It works great. It’s a bit pricey compared to other cooking sprays but if your looking for a great sesame seed flavor it does the trick.

I absolutely love this stuff. I use sesame oil a lot to cook - love the flavor. My larger bottles are messier, even with spritzers. This is quick and convenient to use to coat a pan or to spritz over veggies before roasting. I'm not sure why someone left a 1-star with no explanation. I'm back for my 3rd order and will keep ordering!

Good flavor for frying and sauté but messy spray. Be careful to aim and spray close to your pan.
