This gauge is a much lighter construction than our Swanson gauge but for the price I am pleased with the quality and workmanship

Thumb screw did not loosen once tighten easily. Quality was weak not refined.

Got this for my son who has been doing work on his first house. He says they work well and will do what he wanted.

Stainless slide, metal square and protactor. A real tool at a decent price... very pleased

This is not a quality product. It works, but only just. Nothing works WELL and nothing is easy to use. I figured it wouldn't be great so I picked it up for the protractor part. Now I'm wishing I hadn't. The protractor is entirely useless. While it has reasonably accurate (I assume) markings, there is no indicator, just a giant circle from the manufacturing process at the top. Can't exactly make any precise measurements with this. I'm giving it two stars instead of one only because it's actually (rather surprisingly) all metal. Put your money and get a decent combination square from a reputable manufacturer.TL;DR-not accurate-poor construction-near impossible to use-yet its actually made out of metal, which was suprising

Little difficult to reliese and set to measure angles. Need to haggle and patience but it works. Maybe the springs of the sets buttons are the problem. Good idea that sharp pin for marking Incorporated directly in the tool body just screw attached, is handy, excellent
