Ignore my first complaint. This item was received.

it looked so good in picture but surprised my negatively. it is in reality useless the way it is now. why? let me explain:- it is much wider than ipad when used in "portrait" mode on your leg. no picture shows this. it's like 1,5 times ipad.- when set in uprighjt position it is just too much in the way for your right arm and instruments.- when used flat and not portrait mode then it is even more wide on your leg. nonsense wide.What I will do no, if not though in garbage, is to cut it and make a version that is usable

after talking directly with ASA, i was assured this would fit the GEN 9 ipad. It didnt., it was to small.

Im pissed! I bought this for my instrument flight lessons, thinking it would be a quality kneepad for my ipad mini. Dont fall for the trap.. the default kneepad position is hardly stable, and they make you fold the kneepad in some crazy way to get the portrait orientation aligned with your leg. Because of this, it is horribly unstable and becomes offset with your leg. Strapped in, the ipad sits about 2 inches off center of your leg.. Look closely at their pictures. What an absolute let-down of a product. Please don't waste your money and time. MOVE ON!I have included a picture of it in the trash... were it belongs. Thanks for nothing!
