I've had mine for a couple of years. Still works even though the port cover ragged out quick.

I mostly use this to charge my phone and bluetooth speaker on my small fishing boat, and it does a great job at. I like the added perk of it telling me how much juice is left in my battery because I use the same battery for my electric trolling motor.When I bought it, it said it was waterproof. It is NOT waterproof. Water can get under the cover and into your electronics. I spend very little time with my boat under water, so it hasn't been a huge problem yet. Will it cause problems as rain gets under there? Only time will tell. For $12 or whatever this costs, it's well worth it.

Bought this for our Boat. Easily installed in the existing, old cig. plug connector style hole. The weatherproof cap is nice in that it snaps 'over' the entire front opening vs. other products that you see for sale that say they are weatherproof but only have rubber fins that insert into the usb slots but don't snap over the perimeter. The LED voltage indicator seems precise. The on/off switch gives the user the option to always being 'on' or to switch off the LED voltage display when not being used. Next I plan to see if it can be a direct replacement for the port on our Harley.

Exactly what I was looking for to hook up my GPS speedometer in my car. Everything you need is included, except the directions, but if you buy this you should already know how +/- wiring works. The power switch turns on/off the Voltmeter as well as whatever you plug into the USB socket. It acts as a charger as well as a power source. Numbers on the voltmeter are bright, clear and easy to read. There is a slight delay in the voltmeter when picking up the voltage but the power supply is instant. No complaints whatsoever.

I decided to pick up a couple of these - mainly for the 'on/off' switch. However I like the embedded voltage read-out as well. Having a switch, voltage indicator and high current USB port makes this a nice solution for my particular application - a charging station in our 5th wheel/RV.These units are good quality pieces, with a positive switch action and a nice wiring harness set that includes a fuse and holder. Overall a nice unit.

I ordered SONRU Dual USB Car Charger Socket with Touch Switch... Main thing being DUAL. Instead I received a single. Other than that, the unit appears to be fine. Wires are about 24", hot wire has a fuse.

The CanAm Outlander, at least the ones I've had, are notorious for burning up Staters. By adding this little unit I hope to be able to monitor the voltage output and know when it is failing rather than be miles from nowhere when it does (This has happened 4 times) It will also show me static condition of the battery voltage.

So This will work perfect for someone like myself who is only running one battery and when the Boat is off and you're at your fishing Spot if you don't have an isolation switch this product is perfect because it has its own switch, that way you can turn it off and on as you need to. Enjoy
