It is a fact that not all older batteries, 24v , fit this hedge trimmer. The description is therefore wrong and should be ammended. I had no choice but to return the hedge trimmer and purchase the one with the battery and charger included.The battery that did not fit was from a 6 year old pole hedge trimmer.11.06.20I have the new hedge trimmer with the battery and charger. The charger does look a bit cheap and is not the same as the one sold as extras . But it does the job and charges my old battery. But.....the new battery does not fit in the old charger. So.....customer beware13.06.20Trimmer stopped working after 15 minutes use. Being returned.I have to say please, don't buy this rubbish

the trimmer I recieved did not have a rotating handle and the battery charger was a cheap copy not the same as in the photo have since purchased another one

I am a lady of 75 years. I have only used this hedge cutter a few times, and so far I am delighted with it. It is light and easy to use.

The trimmer is ideal for use on smaller hedges/bushes. Pretty easy to handle too.

Good to use light weight but used it twice and now will not work ,checked battery fully charged made sure blade clean nothing jamming it but all it does is buzz so frustrating waste of money

Easy to handle, and good battery life. The smaller battery makes it lighter than the 40w, but cuts all my box hedging without any problems.

This is the second green works hedge trimmer I’ve purchased I love them
