We do a lot of baking and roasting in our house, and I love using parchment paper because it makes cleanup so much easier. I’ve tried silicone baking mats, but they tend to leave a soapy residue—even after rinsing well—and my husband absolutely hates washing them. So parchment is our go-to.These parchment paper sheets are great quality—very similar to brands I’ve bought at Costco or the grocery store. The best part is that they’re pre-cut and pre-measured, which is so convenient. No more wrestling with curled-up rolls or guessing how much to tear off. I bake a lot with my kids, and with rolls, they tend to waste paper, rip it unevenly, or even risk cutting themselves. With these sheets, they just grab one and place it down—super easy and safe. The box is kind of big, but I figured out just to store it vertically in my cupboard with the cookie sheets as it is the same size.My only complaint, and the reason for four instead of five stars, is that the sheets are just slightly shorter than a standard cookie sheet (I included a photo). It’s no issue for baking cookies or similar items, but if you’re roasting something oily (like potatoes), the exposed edge can cause sticking and make cleanup harder.At first, I thought this pack was a bit pricey—but the math nerd in me kicked in. A standard roll from Safeway is about 8 yards (or 244 inches). This 360-sheet pack gives you 5,760 inches of parchment (360 sheets × 16”), which means you’d need around 20 rolls to equal the same length. At $3.79 per roll, that’s about $75—so this pack is actually a great value.Even if I occasionally need to use two sheets to fully cover a pan for roasting, it still comes out as the better deal. Overall, I’m really happy with these.
