I purchased this item to clean suppressor parts. It is less expensive than other "supressor cleaning" ultrasonic cleaners, but it definitely did the job. I bathed my supressor parts in simple green, turned up the heat, and had the ultrasonic cleaner run for 15 minutes. All the buildup was gone. I rinsed everything, bathed the parts in water, and ran the cleaner again. The parts were dried and reassembled. I am very impressed. I saw a couple of reviews that seemed to focus on the sound that this cleaner makes. I would not want to be in the same small room as it when running, but a simple door between me and the cleaner eliminated any noise. Overall, this ultrasonic cleaner is very easy to use, inexpensive, and certainly does the job on supressor parts.

I’m very happy with the ultrasonic,I’m a jewelery repairman,my old unit stopped working after many years,so I decided to try one of these cheaper units,and after about two months I can say it’s still working good and cleans as well as my old crest unit I used for over a dozen years.hopefully it will continue working well into the future .it is a little louder than my other cleaning unit .

Machine works well for cleaning small carburetors which is what I bought it for.

The third time i used it . there was nothing . it was dead ! i used my smaller cleaner so the plug 120 vac was good .I tried to contact the company , but they would not talk to me . Buyer beware . You would think they would send me a new or refurbished cleaner ! mike s. in louisville ky .

Very happy with the product. Just what I needed. My basket got misplaced initially and thought it was not put in the package. Customer service was very responsive and ready to send it at no cost to me, but luckily I found it, so was not necessary, but the customer service was awesome!!!

I used this to clean rc parts. I love the big tank. It is a little loud but it was perks well. So far the quality is good

Short version: See my pictures and be amazed… I highly recommend getting this, it has already paid for itself after rescuing 1 carburetor that I thought was not salvageable.Long version: Used this on a carb for a Kawasaki Mule 3010. Carb had at least a tablespoon of crystallized crud in it - see pics! I immediately thought I’d just replace the carb with a Chinese knockoff, but I’ve had bad luck with those on anything other than a weed eater and I hate not using OEM parts. I’ve been wanting an ultrasonic cleaner for a long time. I do a lot of small engine repair on the side and I usually just use brake clean or carb clean to clean carbs, but at $5 a can, that gets costly. I decided to give this a try. I looked at several models but landed on this one because I did not want digital controls. I wanted analog controls because they are more reliable and if they DO happen to fail, I can replace the timer or the thermostat with cheap generic replacements. I filled the unit with a 1:1 ratio of reverse osmosis water and Pine Sol original formula cleaner. I scraped the crud out of the carb, turned the heat up and put it in for 30 minutes. Did some brushing after that, cleaned some ports with wire and typical carb jet tools, then gave it another 30 minutes. Blew it all dry, checked all passages and assembled with OEM carb kit. I put it back on my mule and it cranked for about 10 seconds to fill carb with fuel, then it fired right up. My mule runs like new, and I bought this for about $100 less than a new, OEM carb would cost. This ultrasonic cleaner has already paid for itself. I wish I had bought one about 20 years ago.

I’m always speculative of Amazon brands, but Vevor hasn’t missed so far. This and the pocket hole jig I bought are both quality items.Use pine-sol original, works great on aluminum and steel parts. It does put out a strong scent, but that’s the price you pay for clean parts.
