This is pretty good. I can only compare it with our favorite, Impossible Sausages (the ones that come in this same kind of tube), which we really love. The impossible one is more flavorful, but this one is somewhat dryer, so I guess we are paying for less moisture/water. It also doesn't break up as easily as the Impossible sausage when you put it into other dishes like a soup or casserole, so that's a plus. When the Impossible comes available again we will buy that, but in the meantime this will fill the bill for our vegetarian sausage needs. We will buy this again.

I enjoy this product and have repurchased many times. The texture and consistency is good. Lacks flavor so I season it very well. Will repurchase in the future, although it has become expensive.

This sausage taste amazing regardless of what price it’s at. I do wait for it be at its regular price of around $4.46/unit or lower (31 cents / ounce) before buying. Not long ago it was at on sale at $2.02/unit and I wish I bought more! The reason I care about pricing is because I also love Beyond’s Spicy breakfast sausage but it is often significantly more expensive per ounce. If Beyond Spice is on sale somewhere tho, and close to the current listed price of this sausage, then I buy the Beyond. They are both great but also different in taste from each other.I use this delicious sausage for lots of breakfast dishes and my meat eater friends love it. I especially love making a plant based version of an old military / Naval dish called “SOS” -biscuits covered in white gravy with sausage. So delicious!I wish Amazon would make an organic version. That would definitely cause me to buy this product vs Beyond all the time.

I love that its Pea protein bec adds use I am allergic to soy.

I purchased this because my usual was out of stock. This was bland and gross. I bought several so I guess I need to add a ton of seasoning to be palatable.
