This organic nipple cream by Medela is just 7g and so great for popping in the baby bag for days out. The cream is so soothing and I love that it’s organic as this is very important to me when breastfeeding. Medela has always been my go to brand when breastfeeding and this cream didn’t disappoint. Would absolutely recommend.

This cream does work but it is a tiny tube so not long lasting. I can compare this to the Lansinoh tube which I have used in the past which also works and is better value for money in my opinion.It provides immediate relief which is important but the tube does not last long.Good cream but I would prefer a larger size for the price.

Medela is definitely a brand you can trust when it comes to breast feeding. It uses many organic ingredients such as oliv fruit oil, avocado oil and candelilla oil. The balm is quite thick. There is no obvious scent to it. It does provide a cooling sensation to the nipple and is moisturising.Works well for sore nipples. At 7g its quite a small tube but it doesn't break the bank at £8. Definitely worth a go, if you're suffing with cracked nipples.

Very small 7g tube, as a guide the sort of size you might expect a lip balm to come in. So not the cheapest, but this is organic, vegan, and contains simply olive oil, avocado oil and calendula oil, so you pay for the purity I suppose. Used as a nipple balm, it is claimed to be entirely safe for the nursing baby. I must confess that I acquired this for a different purpose, easing sore chapped eczematous ears, and for this usage I have found it to work nicely, moisturising with no stinging. Will doubtless use it on my nose next time I have a cold too. Always handy to have in the stocks.

Soft nips and lips! Great for all the family! I've used balms before that have lanolin but after having a child with an allergy to lanolin it's great to have one without it. It's smooth to put on and as in instructions great for lips, dry skin and as a nipple balm.
