They Work Great!!!
They work great! I made mini omelets, taste and texture are perfect and this is a healthy alternative to traditional omelets too. I haven't tried a standard poached egg but I'm sure it will work and without vinegar. I never liked that sour taste with my poached eggs. Helpful tips:1) coat inside with a very light amount of oil or butter. I used unrefined coconut oil.2) use a sauce pan instead of a skillet, it's deeper so the cups fit in nicely.3) Clear glass lid will help for watching the cooking progress.4) tongs work great for removing the hot cups5) let it cool on the counter a bit then pick it up, give a gentle squeeze to loosen and slide the egg or omelet right or into the plate.I made a demo video but the Amazon Prime app on my phone won't let me upload it

Any traditional egg poachers left out there? Read this...
For any egg poacher out there who is reading reviews and deliberating whether this product is worth the investment. Coming from a careful, penny-pinching consumer as myself, it sure is! I used it for the first time yesterday morning and the only disappointment I have is that I didn’t find these silicone cups before now. Here are my initial thoughts and why I’m sold on them —1) No more poaching eggs in a straight-up water bath with a little vinegar in the water to keep the egg whites together (I actually tasted my eggs yesterday...not a hint of vinegar taste!). All you water-vinegar poachers left out there...listen up!!2) Clean up was a snap — easier and faster. No more scrubbing little bits of poached egg that got stuck at the bottom of the water bath pan. Ugg, this was the worst part of breakfast clean up.3) The cheery silicone cup colors made me happy. Who doesn’t like an array of rainbow colors blouncing around gleefully? I didn’t realize how much I need that in my life until I experienced it ;)I’m sold on the egg poaching part. Now onto other cooking and baking uses for the silicone cups...as other reviewers have shared.

Perfect poached eggs!
Received yesterday and made poached eggs this morning for breakfast! The only complaint I have is that there were no instructions with the silicone cups! But I remembered using my old stovetop egg poacher from years ago and going my memory, added 1" of water to a 12" frying pan, sprayed non-stick spray to each cup, added 1 egg to each cup, and placed silicone cups in the water, and topped with a lid. Then turned on the heat to a little less than medium until it started to boil, then set the timer for 5 minutes. The plan was to take mine out at 3 minutes, and continue cooking hubby's for the full 5 minutes. But after the 3 minute mark, mine were still jiggly! So I cooked them all for 5 minutes...Should have trusted my first instinct and took mine out at 3 minutes. Mine were a little too done for me, but his were perfect! Live and learn! Three minutes for runny yolk and solid white; five minutes for almost hard cooked! Easy cleanup! Eggs slid right out but did have to loosen them first with a spoon. LOVE LOVE LOVE them!

Was very easy to get egg out
Was very easy to get egg out. But I felt like silicone affected flavor of the egg negatively. Also seemed to take a very long time for the white at top of the egg to cook. By time it did the yolk was fully cooked.

Good quality but obviously previously used.
I use these in my Instant Pot and they work great. Just make sure you oil them well so the eggs don't stick. I've found that spray works better than straight oil. I'm still testing different cooking times and methods. My only complaint is that the plastic bag the cups were in had obviously been torn open already and taped closed again as if they were not new.

You need these for your Crock Pot Express, Instant Pot or stove top pressure cooker!
I have already recommended these on my Crock Pot Express (instant pot) Facebook group. Most people seem to be buying silicone baby food trays for the pressure cooker version of Egg Bites, but they are expensive and make a bunch of small servings you then need to store. Today I made my version, more like a fritatta with eggs, Greek yogurt, ham and cheese. even without butter or oil, they slide right out, or you can eat them right out of the cute little cup! mockins 4 Pack Silicone Egg Poacher Cups Silicone Egg Poaching Pods For Stovetop Or Microwave Egg Cooking Poached eggs will be super easy, and I'm thinking of lots of other recipes that could be made in these cups.

Not a fan
I purchased these so that I would get a better shape out of my poached egg. However, I really didn't like these as they took too long to cook the egg and made the whole process more difficult. I sprayed these with some olive oil before cracking the egg in them but unfortunately, the eggs still stuck. Probably won't use these again.

Nice product no directions
I needed to play around with it for a little to find the best time and way to make the eggs. Having instructions would be very helpful and take the guess work out of the prep. Overall once you get the hang of it they work great.
