It came nicely packed and impressive looking. Quality is obvious at first glance. It fits my drawer perfectly due to the adjustable features. I'd highly recommend it. There's nothing to not like. As far as only 3 stars on the "easy to clean", this is a tough one. Define easy. It's like asking if a particular brand of fireplace is easy to clean. No silverware tray is easy to clean. You gotta empty it and wipe it out and get into all the tight little corners, etc. As they go, I guess this one is as easy or as hard as any, so I gave them a neutral 3 stars. I doubt if the company suggested the question.

Just had new cupboards put in and needed a larger flatware organizer. Have lots of room for all my spoons and forks. Looks beautiful. Makes my drawer look so neat and tidy. Well made. Easy to adjust. Definitely recommend.

They only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the depth of the product. I like the material and the ability to fill the drawer with it horizontally. There's some space along the front of the drawer outside of this unit to put some miscellaineous items that is nice. I brought these two units for my new kitchen remodel. The one with 4 sections works nicely for keeping my junk drawer more organized.

This item is awesome at organizing chaotic drawers. Most flatware organizers move around inside oversided drawers but this stays put. There are lots of sections to put the different types of flatware or whatever you want to keep separate.Once installed it is pretty darn sturdy. But getting it can often be problematic.This is the 2nd one of these I ordered. The first I had to send back because it was broken at the corner. It was sent with just a label slapped on the outside of the item's display box. There is no protection inside the display box. So I returned it.The second one one I bought "like new" because the price had increased. It arrived in an Amazon shipping box with plenty of protection. But once I unpacked it and got it lined up to go into the drawer, I noticed a line that ran the length of the back panel on one side. The wood is split clear-throughlike the corner break the first one had, this didn't make it unusable, and since I'd been waiting 2 weeks from the day I ordered the first one, I decided to keep it.It is clear this is the reason the item was originally returned to Amazon - I have included a photo of the 2nd item's display box. You can clearly see the shipping label from the first buyer - once again shipped without any actual protection.These drawer organizers are sturdy --- in the drawer. but few things are sturdy enough to endure holiday period package processing & delivery without protection. Thes display box alone just doesn't provide any.

Lovely looking drawer organizer. It looks so beautiful in the drawer. Wish the sections were deeper and a little narrower. More narrow sections would be better because then the silverware would stay stacked up instead of falling on to each other in the compartment. I did stack them in two piles facing in opposite directions as shown in the picture, which looks great until you close the drawer and then open it again. That's when they slide off their pile and DON'T look like the picture. Otherwise really nice.

It took me hours to find this but I had to measure and literally visualize how it would fit in my drawer- and it worked!I was able to find and purchase my new drawer utensil holder. Worth it. For cutlery it’s a bit shallow. But does fit them all. Wish it was deeper.

I just purchased the Purawood Black organizer for my flatware.It’s looks nice and sturdy however, the slots for utensils are not large enough, the dinner knife barely fits.There should be 5 slots for dinner knife, 2 spoons with 2 forks.5 complete slots with the proper size somehow is difficult to find.
