Easy to send a sample of your hair versus a blood sample. Once Simply Sensitivity received my sample, the results were available within a couple of days. The results were amazingly thorough and easy to understand explanations. I was amazed at how much it actually documented and I am eliminating all red foods and orange foods for a month. I will then slowly start to introduce the orange categories back into my diet. Clear advice given on how to proceed if you showed sensitivity.

I am in the process of getting my kit ready to send and here are the problems I have encountered so far:1. A QR code needs to be scanned so the test can be registered and a form completed online. Unfortunately, I have a very small phone and it is extremely difficult to type things into a small screen. It would be much more helpful of a choice was given to scan the bar code or go to a website to register. I would have preferred to type in a website on a computer so I could see the screen with which I was working.2. When I encountered this and other issues, there was no contact information given (no phone, email, or anything else) to allow me to get questions answered.3. Because I was excited to get the process started, I collected the hair samples as soon as I opened the package and before I scanned the QR. (note: the QR message says "Scan QR to activate test" whis I interpreted as registering the test so I saw no need to do this before I collected the sample and sealed it in the envelope. Not so -- there are additional instructions online (see next item)4. Instructions provided with the kit say "collect 3-4 strands of head hair. . . and place into the sample wallet. Complete the details on your sample wallet." After I had done that, I read the online version which says the hairs should be put into a plastic bag to protect them from humidity (why was this not included?) My samples were already sealed in the wallet.5) Instructions on the kit say to them mail the sample. WRONG. The instructions emailed to me want me to print out a piece of paper, cut out something in the corner, and include it with what I mail. This (1) assumes that I have a functioning printer, and (2) provides no more information than what I have already entered onto the wallet cover.6) I am about to put the sample wallet into the larger envelope and mail. ANd I need to go to the post office to buy the postage!!!For the price of this kit (which contains all of two envelopes and two pieces of paper), I think it was reasonable to expect the company would provide their own plastic bag for humidity control and a return envelope with pre-paid postage, as well as complete and accurate instructions in the materials that arrived in the mail AND a way to contact them if there were questions. I do hope the quality of the results is better than the quality of the product so far. Their "registration" provides a short list of food sensitivities so I trust that everything I already know is sensitive will show up in the results. If the company has confidence in their testing, why is it necessary to even ask these questions?

I had a suspicion that I was sensitive to dairy, grain and some other things that this test helped me find out about. I would highly recommend the 900 panel test, there are quite a few things that I hadnt even thought about that I am actually sensitive to. I have already told some others about the test and they are going to get it as well. In comparison to other tests of this kind, it seemed the most affordable option.

I took the test feeling desperate to figure out what was making me sick. I’ve done two elimination diets and found them hard to stick with. Also found out with this test I am highly sensitive to 3 of the core foods I consumed daily- coconut for example. The test was easy to do and send. Test takes a while to get to lab for processing - 3-4 weeks for me. It would have been nice to know that upfront. They are responsive to questions and keep you updated as your sample moves through processing steps.

Excelente service and product condition

The results cover so many things that I have trouble believing that all of the items can possibly be evaluated from hair, for example - gut bacteria. My personal results said that foods I know I have issues with were not issues. I don't think this test was worth the money.Update: I have never updated an amazon review before, but this product is a scam and you should not buy it. I have confirmed that the test results are not accurate. Mine told me that I have problems with every type of gluten related product, and no issues with any type of dairy product. After months of food elimination and testing I can say with confidence that the test is completely wrong in its results.Do Not Buy This.

This was a great product! It's so crazy to see everything my body is sensitive too. Multiple things that I would eat everyday! Dairy products, corn products, soy products! No wonder why my guts always feel inflamed and pissed off!! It lists out the specific products, even the additives in food, metals in products. It really opened my eyes. Now to change my diet and see how I feel.

It took a little longer than I would have liked for my sample to arrive (just a couple days shy of a month), but it was no big deal. My results were very helpful and I learned a lot about my body from the results. It was definitely worth the money and very easy to use. The results made sense and were accurate.
