Excellent
This knife came nicely packaged and looks more expensive. It is very lightweight and easy to use. Cuts through vegetables and meats easily without applying much pressure. Unfortunately I did nick my finger while putting it back in box, I'd recommend wearing protective glove whilst handling it ,as it is , as advertised, very sharp. Due to this, the knife would be better stored away in its box for safety, and not in your cutlery drawer. Excellent knife.

MADE IN CHINA NOT A JAPANESE BLADE!
Thought I was buying a quality Japanese blade, it says HUUG JAPAN on the front of the box and a holographic sticker with "authentic Japan" on it. But it says " MADE IN CHINA" on the box too, so it is a fake Japanese knife. DON'T BUY.
