Usually love this brand but this color dyed my hair a dark red which was not what I wanted very disappointed

Worst $28 I've ever spent on hair color. I started out with a pre-lightened pale golden blonde but wanted something more manageable to match my growing roots. This turned my hair into a mid-tone ashy brown with green tinged ends. Despite what the images show of the product, it also didn't lift my roots at all. I've been doing my own hair for 20 years and have never had a box die do me this dirty. I went over it with a high lift loreal brown and it turned out beautifully. I did have to trim a few inches off my hair in between dyes to compensate for the first box's damage. Luckily my hair looks much better now, and I had the inches to spare. Never buying one of these dyes again though. Also, there was barely enough die for my whole head and my hair wasn't super long to begin with. If you need more than one box (mid length hair or more) don't waste a total of $60 on this please

I have dark brown hair with few gray hair in the front the product didnt work at all my hair is the same except in the hair ending i have my hair bleached befor couple years, if there is less than one star i will gave its expensive too

Did not have a pre treatment primer. Which after doing research, I learned was important and commonly included in hair dyes. The color was spot on, when I followed the before hair color. I did have some related hair loss after. I had an easy time following the direction to color my hair. This was my first time dying my hair and it was simple enough.

One of my boxes I couldn’t even use because the developer was open and all over the inside of the box. For $30 I would expect it to be more solid.

It was maddeningly difficult to get the color cream squeezed out of the metal tube. It was so frustrating that I about threw the whole kit in the trash. I eventually got it done, though, and went on to color my hair. This color (Almost Blonde) gave me a distinct orange tint which is not a look I like. However, the quality of the color and gray coverage are very good. Because of that, I might be tempted to try a different color in the future to see if it suits me more. On the other hand, the difficulty I had with the color tube is still very fresh in my mind and makes me not want to buy it again.
