Q: why is product clear in color

Silver particles are extremely small. If it was cloudy or gray, there would be either too much silver in it, or the particles would be too big to be useful.

Q: I have read if you overuse this your skin could change color permanently to a bluish gray. If I use it every single day could that happen?

Great question for which the answer is No. I’ve taken at least two mouthfuls per day of between 5ppm and 25ppm Blue Ridge Silver colloidal Silver for more than 7 years, and all is well. Based upon our research, you could not drink enough of our 25 ppm colloidal Silver to ever turn your skin gray or blue. The silver particle size is too small which is evident because our 25 ppm colloidal Silver is colorless which indicates the particle size is too small to reflect normal light or get stuck under the skin.

Can't tell you WHY this product clear... but I will say that THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!! I keep a bottle in the kitchen and use it IMMEDIATELY, whenever I experience minor (or major) burns, and frequently. Most burns are totally gone in 2-3 days.
