This may sound a bit counter intuitive but DON'T USE THE DRIVER DISK ON WINDOWS 7. Go to Hiroinc.com and download the driver. I got the H50319 rather than the H50320 but they have the same driver so don't worry. Also after you download the driver, install the card itself, and after boot up wait a couple of minutes. If you don't see it pickup signal right away, its ok. Wait till you see the wifi signal bars in your toolbar. Last but not least, connect normally to your wifi.All that being said its a great wifi card with Awesome speeds, that is if your wifi is putting out at those speeds.I gave it a 5 star rating based on the fact that it is slim case ready and frees up a usb port (in my case i used to have a usb wifi stick).

Picked up a couple of these. I could never work out all the bugs. The driver initially installed by windows 10 would only make these things work on 2.4ghz. The driver from the manufacturers website worked on both bands, but caused weird dns lookup delays of up to a minute and a half. the driver windows 10 updated to couldn't make this thing work at all. It wasn't worth the hassle, sent one back, was stuck with the other because I let 30days pass and amazon accept returns older than that.

Have to run the Windows troubleshooter daily because this card doesn't detect available networks. Even turning off WiFi and turning back on doesn't work. Only telephone support is available. I'm deaf.

Works well once you get the drivers installed. I had to force Windows 10 to use the drivers from the disk instead of the ones it wanted to use in order for it to be able to detect wireless networks. I also really wish it came with a normal profile plate as well as the low profile one that was installed. Normally items come with the option to do either or.

When I started my PC I was able to immediately connect from the get-go while it's hard to find this in terms of major part picker sites, you wouldn't be in the wrong way. Great connectivity!

Plug n Play on my daughter's Windows 10 PC. Added 5GHz connectivity, and significantly increased connection speed, to an aging system.

When I decided to buy this dual band wireless adapter, I did it for the two reasons we are looking for customers, good price and accepted recommendations, unfortunately this only work for six weeks. For this reason I do not recommend this purchase.
