I never expect much out of an Amazon purchase, and while I did order a size too small initially and had to get another one (it's not very adjustable) it's genuinely high-quality. No notes.

I liked the fit and feel. I will order again when I need a smaller size!

The media could not be loaded. I ordered a medium! At first I thought it was too small and I should have sized up but once I got in it, I was pleased! I’m 5’7 and I weight 150lbs! It is tight but I like the way it feels and I’m planning on my waist being thinner so it shouldn’t be too big! I just received it yesterday and today I’ve worn it for 4 hours so far! It keeps my posture perfect! I can workout in it just fine! It stretches with my body movements! It’s well made, very strong material! I’ve had waist trainers before but they’ve never been this well made! I have a big unflattering belly that just won’t go away. I hope this waist trainer shapes me and makes the protruding belly go away! I honestly don’t want to take it off!

Purchased this waist trainer and I was impressed with the quality of it. However, it was just too tight for me to wear it comfortably. I ordered a large 5'7 170 but I'm wondering if I order a size up XL if that would work better. I am going to return it for a bigger size and see if it is comfortable. It did snatch me in but the fat on my back pushed upward to the top of the trainer...maybe because it was just to small...not sure but I can't wear this if it's uncomfortable. Make sure you size up...not sure if it should be one size up or two sizes. Will come back once I get the xl...I like it...I just have to be comfortable if I am going to wear it.

Overall these are very good very good waist trainers. They have quality construction and are comfortable, but hot due to being latex. However, they are let down massively by the tightening/adjustment straps not having much adjustment to go tighter. I have a natural 28" waist and wear the size Small, and I basically run out of Velcro to secure the straps with barely adding any tension. Both the two and three strap models suffer from this defect, with the three strap being the worst offender.If you have a larger belly, and can close the trainer, the straps design probably will be perfect for you. But, for me, it is a disappointment.

***update ***After wearing this waist trainer for only a few times, it has started to really bunch up and cause pain when wearing. It doesn’t matter which hooks I set it on. It flattens my tummy but my love handles are now accentuated. Not sure why it’s doing it? Do I need a smaller size? It’s already really tight! The discomfort comes when I fasten the straps.This waist trainer is EXACTLY what I needed! I ordered an XL. My waist is a 36. I’m 216lbs but I’m curvy with hips and butt. This snatched me just how I wanted it to. Love the material and the way it keeps my posture upright and supports my back!

Im usually a size M so i bought a medium one, works great now im an XS, even bought one for my sister and mom so its great highly reccommend. Love that its tight although it rides up when i sit down sometimes

I have ordered other waist trainers off here and I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I saw the other reviews that said to order 2 sizes up. I am 145 lbs and 5'2. My waist is 29 1/2 inches so I was hesitant to go 2 sizes up so I ordered a Large. This waist trainer is definitely better quality than the others. I can actually feel the heat now. I like that there are velcro straps because I found the other trainers that didn't have them didn't provide enough compression to my lower abdomen/fupa area after wearing them for a week. This one is more noticeable when worn under form fitting clothing, but it's winter so I'm wearing a sweater or a jacket 90% of the time anyways. It was just delivered yesterday and I am already able to get on the second hooks so I will be ordering a Medium in the near future. The only down side I have seen so far is that it's a little bit long for my torso. I really only notice when I am sitting down on a soft surface. I did check out the trainers they have for short torsos, but they are just hook eye closers.

This will pull your stomach in really well, but keep in mind, I do not recommend wearing this for working out, heavy activities or for people starting off with waist training. Works great, but not for beginners.

The quality of this is amazing!!I think the only thing that bothers me(could just be my body) but my chest is pushed super high where it feels like I’m being choked lol. So I end up looking super weird in it! But it does fit well, and does do the job.
