The ball itself is a great product. Part of the reason I bought this particular product was that it included two additional plugs, a tool to remove the plug, and a small hand pump to add air. I find the plug removal process for the ball we currently have to be cumbersome, and I have damaged the plug over multiple removals for air supplementation. I used one of the plugs to replace the damaged plug in our smaller ball. My one complaint is that I am not able to successfully use the plug removal tool to remove the plugs themselves. The tool is plastic and lacks the strength and integrity to get under the plug and lift it out of place in order to add air. This frustrated me immensely, especially since I failed to get enough air in the new ball upon initial inflation. I couldn't get the plug out using the tool and had to revert to my old (potentially damaging way) of plug removal using a small screw driver to lift the plug and needle nose pliers to pry it out. There's no way that my partner will be able to use the plug removal "tool" and hand pump to add air. I'll continue to have to take it to my shop, get out the aforementioned tools, and add air with my compressor. Can't someone design a reasonably simple way to add air to these ball? What about a needle valve? I've searched high a low for such a thing, and it does not seem to exist.

I've used several different brands of exercise balls and this one is definitely the BEST based on it's strength and high quality yet affordable pricing. It's professional quality is much more durable than other options I've experienced; no worries about bursting. In addition to using it for workouts, I also use it for my home office chair and don't worry that it will loose it's shape after varied, long-term weight bearing usage. I was especially appreciative of the quality hand pump clear and simple inflation instructions included. It's eco-friendly construction is important to me which is another reason I like the Smarterlife brand. I highly recommend this product.

After I filled the exercise ball with air per instructions I have been using it daily to mainly address my lower back and back in general. It feels really durable and I really love it. I have been using it for over a week and am totally happy.

It's a great study ball BUT it SUCKED to inflate. Took awhile plus you had to do it in two stages per the instructions. I just wanted to inflate and exercise. But once inflated it was great. Only down side was inflating.

Got for my son for Christmas. He loves it. He has Autism and uses it in school therapies so I figure out it would work at home. Teaches balance and core strength

Ordered this for a neighbor that needed a new exercise ball. She likes this ball better than her last one because it is softer and easier to exercise on.

Great product. I just had surgery and an exercise ball was critical to my recovery in physical therapy. I purchased this ball to continue my exercise program at home and I’m very pleased with the quality. I use it every day, and I’m learning new exercises unrelated to my surgery. I’m very pleased with this product.😁
