Good thickness, durable so far
Great thickness overall, haven’t seen any breaks or nicks in it yet, however it does need some flattening out with weights etc after use bc the roll up form factor tends to leave the edges curled always. Not a huge deal breaker but perhaps more rigidity measures or materials at the 4 corners would help this.

Not Durable
Super squishy and nice but not durable at all! My dog ran over it and it left holes all in it immediately even tearing off a small chunk. He’s only 25 lbs and his nails were clipped.

Super Comfortable!
Wow. What a difference this mat makes for floor exercises like yoga or stretching. Comfortable, eases joint pain I was having using a flimsy thin regular mat.
