Nobleza del Sur Organic Night Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Andalusia, Spain, 16.9 fl oz (500ml)

I just used this and made the best Coconut Rice in my entire life and ill share the recipe here with you! Part of the reason why it was so delicious is my recipe requires roasting the rice 2 mins in the oil before you add coconut milk and water. Here is the Recipe. 1 and 1/2 cups Jasmine Rice, 1 can Coconut Milk (organic if possible), about 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons Nobleza Del Sur Night Olive Oil, half to teaspoon Brown Sugar (preference), and few Dashes of Salt. Heat the pan 2 mins, add in your Nobleza Night Oil, heat it for 25 seconds then add all the rice and stir. Slowly Roast the Rixe for 2 mins and it will start to get a nice golden brown. Then, add can Coconut Milk and 1 cup water. Bring quickly to a boil, cover and cook about 13-15 mins depending on your pan set, stirring every 2-3 mins. This Oil is world class and just Excels at Roasting!! Its also a great finisher on Salads too. The Day version is a lil better for frying and stews, this is better for finishing and roasting. This is a world class oil, won awards and is a must re buy!

As you would expect from a higher end branded EVOO it is of good quality and flavor is very nice. I've been using for cooking and to make my oleato latte's by steaming olive oil with the milk which gives it a slight olive oil richness (copied starbucks lol) Anyways the oil is good, it's not a dark green but a yellowish green and the pour spout only allows a small trickle to come out which is good so you dont waste it. It's less peppery to me then some of those EVOOs that have high polyphenols, and a smoother flavor which i like better. I'd say give this a try if you're looking for a good tasting higher end olive oil. If you just need everyday use oil, i'd go with something like a partana which is a little less and had great flavor as well.

Does not taste like the real one-

After taking two tablespoons before bed, I sleep better, and my cholesterol is down. It tastes good with a slight aftertaste.
