DANGEROUS
Delivered 19th Aug 2018. Heavy package delivered by Bluedart otherwise mentioned was "Gati", Maybe the end mile is covered by Bluedart. Heavy cardboard box was mostly intact and dry though it was raining. Packing is good and Treadmill reached intact (no damage). Its heavy and so handling single-handedly is bit difficult but possible. Assembly and commissioning is simple. Looks good. Initial run was impressive. Overall I am happy with this purchase. Rest the time will tell.Now, used for 10 days. My observations are:- space between hand rails is narrow which is a bit inconvenient. Also, it has Dc Motor and contentious usage is limited to 40 min( max) and then a cooling period of one hour is needed before using it again. Emergency stop is all too sudden and one can fall. So hold the rails when sudden stop happens. Be patient to understand and get used to this Treadmill fully.Also, their Service Deptt. located in Mumbai has a very casual attitude; not prompt which is annoying.Hence, four star.WARNING Having used sufficiently by now; Changing the Rating to ONE STAR. Everything is fine but for one very serious drawback; God forbid if there is a power failure during usage or the cord is accidentally pulled, treadmill suddenly freezes (totally stops with a sudden jerk) One is bound to fall which can be fetal. No chance to regain balance.

Happy with Best trademill.
Go for it...if you want to buy it. Best thing about this trademill is it is app based and you can control it from your mobile phone. Set your targets & keep moving. Best thing is no need to install as it is pre-installed. Till date I am happy with product.

Simple, sleek and good looking
Used heavily for 3 weeks, works as advertised. The best thing I like about it is that it doesn’t have too many stupid buttons or an ugly display panel because of which it has a very sleek profile and looks quite tolerable if not pretty in my middle class living room. Also is slightly smaller in terms of length and fits alright.Needless to say I am not preparing for olympics. Will recommend it for normal folks who just want to be able to run without the hassle of waiting in queue at the apartment gym or risking choking on particulates outside or being run over by cabbies.The heart rate monitor on this is almost useless though, takes forever and can’t seem to make up its mind. The app it connect to via Bluetooth can help keep track of runs etc if you have a thing for book keeping etc.

Showing problems after 3 months of normal use - tried to contact supplier for repair - pathetic customer support - 12 days passed - no update from manufacturer / seller - following it up every dayUpdate 1 : Its been about one month since the machine is not working, so far no solution.Update 2 : machine still down - no update from service support

Really thankful to Powermax and Amazon for this product
It is easy to assemble and install as it comes assembled and is easy to use but the App is difficult to download and install as does not accept the password for your email address.Real value for money if you can purchase it during Amazon sale in @Rs 28000/- with all discounts and free delivery till your home.Only problem which I faced after 5 months of purchase was that the console panel was not working properly but the Powermax customer care and the dealer were very helpful and replaced with new control panel within 5 days and was delivered with DTDC COURIER and with guidance of Powermax engineer got it installed with my engineer within 1 day .I am happy with the product and the customer care.Must buy for all diabetic and Obesity patients.There is no issue of stoppage of motor on excess weight.You have to give oil supplied with machine and give it a free run without bearing weight over the machine 14 km/ hr and then start using the machine.Dont hesitate to buy this machine as the Powermax aftersale customer services are good.

Not recommended. Given the option I would like upgrade it to a better product.
I do not understand how this product has got good ratings. The conveyor belt is so thin that upon regular use you are bound to suffer knee, ankle joint issues. In just 2 days use I have got joint pains. The conveyor belt also slips which makes this product quite dangerous to run upon. Only good thing about this product is its sleek design portability and compactness. But treadmill should first serve the purpose. The conveyor belt should have been thicker. It's too thin and it sways. Too hard surface. No inclination also.
