It works great, cools you off 30 degrees and stays wet for hours.
Love this rag, it holds tons of water, I dont know how many people have someone they know that works in the florida sun, knows they need something like this rag. There isn't another one like it. This one is very thick and kept wet in a plzstic container. Very large too.

I have POTS so these are life savers! U can always find water even if u have to use ur sweat ....lol be careful though it says to ring it out and whip it to activate it but when I whipped it it ripped obviously you don't want to whip it that good....lol

Ice cold
After the initial wash (it’s a bit smelly when it first comes in), this thing is amazing. No smell after, it truly is ice cold within seconds, and it doesn’t make your shirt wet like I thought it might. Huge lifesaver as a mechanic in a hot shop all day.

Follow instruction on insert in container - great cooling cloth
Be sure to follow the instructions on the paper inside the storage containter this comes in-NOT the instructions on the outside label! The color bleeds (!) when washing as direced in warm soapy water before use - was also very diffcult to get all the soap out of the cloth, took multiple rinsings. The differing instructions, the color bleeding are the reason for 4 stars - as far as cooling they work great - especially refreshing if you keep them in the fridge

This is the best thing for my dog when we sit on the patio!!! It stays cold with just a flip of the towel or a quick re-dip in water

Eh, maybe did the job?
I have sensory issues and I HATE the way this towel feels. It feels less like a towel and more like a weird thing piece of rubber that's always slightly damp (it's supposed to be kept damp).I wanted to use this towel for the gym and I don't feel that it cooled me down much. It does feel cool to the touch when wet.
