So impressed!
Although some of the reviews for this were less than stellar, I decided to take a chance on it since I badly wanted a basil plant and couldn't find one here in town. And I couldn't be happier with my purchase. First off, I was greatly impressed at how nicely and carefully it was packaged. Second, I was delighted with the beautiful, healthy plant I received. And the price was very reasonable. Next time I need a plant, I will certainly check with this company.

HAPPY, HEALTHY BASIL!
I am so happy with my basil from Bonnie! It came in a protective clamshell to help with transit. Mine looked awesome (already full of leaves ready to pinch) and it didn't take long to establish in my garden after its journey to my house. I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews since my plant looked so good.... there was even a card in the box with contact info if there was an issue with my order (follow up with Bonnie - they'll give you a replacement plant if there's an issue with yours).

Save your money and get your plants from a local store
Plants were actually packaged well. Unfortunately 2 of the four came looking dead (Basil and the Thyme WAS indeed dead). I was hopeful that with a little TLC they'd spring back, but the Thyme did not. Basil is still trying to make a come back but looking quite poor. The other two herbs (Rosemary and Sage) have done ok. If I had bought these at the store, I could have returned the thyme for a live, healthy one. But the fact that Bonnie shipped a almost dead plant, is proof they don't care.

Very beautiful little herb.
I was worried bout ordering live plants online but after reading that the company would send you a new one if yours was DOA, I tried it out because the selection here in my small town was severely lacking.I received my basil today and the plant is beautiful and came packages very nicely. Very alive and green.

Wee plant, Huge box!!
The plant arrived in bad shape. Most of the soil had spilled out of the planter and the basil was half outside of it. The plant is tiny, not at all as portrayed on the product page. The photo shows what it looked like after I poured the soil back into the planter and watered it.
