Well balanced, super sharp, handy size. Seems very well made

It's similar in design to a model no longer made by that famous W brand.I like handles which are rounded top & bottom for comfort, but flat on the sides for better control and feel of angle. Also not too thick. It's a perfect paring knife for light use, and does not attempt to double as a mini chef's knife (I like those too, but if you are going to have multiple knives you don't need each one to be 2 things).The factory sharpening job had a small one-sided burr, but the angle was OK do it touched up easily enough.

the love of my life really enjoy the knifehe rarely praise things but he whispered to himself "nice knife"when cutting some veggies, it was like christmas ha ha haguess it fits his hand pretty goodam enjoying it as well for the fact it is made in spain, sharp, good qualityhowever on my petite hand, it feels bit awkward ,, bit big, maybeglad my spouse really enjoy itwe bought 2 types from arcos, the vegetable knife (5 inch) fit my hand betteroverall we both enjoy arcos, good quality

and it slices meats and fish like a dream, under its own weight. After a month of daily use: it is an excellent rocking chopper for herbs and garlic; it takes a screaming edge with little effort and keeps it for a decent while. Not too hot on root veg and other dense produce - that's where you break out your Japanese blade.

I have all kinds of knives at home, but this one is one of my favorites. It is just the right size for most everyday tasks, and I also am not afraid to use it rather freely, as it is not very expensive. It goes into dishwasher, into the sink; I cut frozen foods with it, etc. It copes with all these abuses beautifully and remains my good companion in my kitchen for a long time. I might add that it keeps its edge quite well and it is easy to sharpen.

The knife is well made and sharp. Lightweight, comfortable handle. A great value for the price.

Me gusto la empuñadura ergonómica, bien balanceado, el lomo de la hoja es grueso, lo que le da robustez al cuchillo, en términos generales es elegante y funcional

Great knifes so far, arrived fast, seems like amazing quality. Just didn’t like having to pay extra 25.00 C.O.D for UPS to drop them off that wasn’t expected. Looking forward to using these to see how they really work and stand up.
