Really good sound (using my Denon AH-D2000 as a reference) balanced with deep bass + sparkly highs despite lack of any advanced codec (SBC only).Battery lasted 4 hours 45 minutes continuously while playing a YouTube video on my S8+ at the max (default) media volume limit (see pic).No issues with A/V lip sync while watching YouTube or Netflix.No problems with Bluetooth connection even with phone in back pocket (caveat: both my phones support Bluetooth 5.0).Finally, I obtained the best fit and comfort by rotating the earphones until the silicone ear hook fit snugly underneath my ear's antihelix (see pic). No concern about the earphones falling out.

Edit: The seller reached out and solved my problem with the sound during calls. I needed to answer the phone with the earbud. This seemed to take care of the problem. I had these for about a day now first of all let me start off with the charging case the charging case has a bigger battery capacity than some cell phones. There's two people at my job that have iPhones whenever iPhone 8 with a 1800mah battery and other guy has a iPhone XR with a 2800mah battery. This charging case has a 3000mah battery inside of it that's huge. And there's another version of these that have a 3500 mAh battery charging case. so you can use this charging case as a power bank to charge up other devices like cell phones or anything else which is neat and come in handy. So that's a plus right there.Now as far as the sound quality when you first get these earbuds like I did the sound quality was really low but what I did was I took the rubber tip off the earbud and I removed that seal so more sound can come through and they sound a lot better so if you do get these earbuds I suggest doing that take the rubber tip off and remove that barrier seal where the earpieces at so more sound come through there. Now they sound a lot better on a scale to 1 to 10 for a sound quality I will give these about a 6 which is not bad considering I only paid $19 for these.Now there's a bunch of different variations of these type of earbuds made by different companies and their mostly around $39 to $56 or in between there and I found these for 19 bucks so I'm not complainingAs far as the touch controls they work you double tap on the right earbud to skip to the next song. You press and hold down on the right earbud to increase the volume and you swipe in any direction to pause the song or video. For the left earbud you press and hold down on it to lower the volume you double tap on the left earbud to go back to the previous song and just like the right earbud you can swipe in any direction to pause the song or video. So the touch controls do work pretty good if you activate Google Assistant you have to no be listening or watching a video.

Overall this product is great. The only thing that is a little misleading is the waterproof feature. These earbuds are advertised as waterproof, but the manual clearly states/warns that these earbuds should not come in contact with any water, because this will damage the earbuds (3). I would really like to know if these earbuds are waterproof, or not. Hopefully the seller of this product can give me a clear answer on this. Other than that, it was worth every penny.

I had problems with the first pair, 2nd pair were sent as replacements. Both pair did seem to cut out alot, the sound on the left earbud is only half as loud as the other one. The battery being built in was a great idea i thought, but sometimes it doesnt charge either. Nothing like putting them in at work and they die. I will be looking for a different set.The quality of the music isnt bad, but having problems with the replacement pair makes me think the earphones are just not very good.

The ear buds have soft fitting resizable tips. None of the tips fit my ears so I had to wear these without the tips which were extremely uncomfortable. After about a week with them, the right ear volume went to about 10%, making it basically useless. After about a month the left one joined it at 10%. I can barely hear my music even when I'm at work in a quiet office. After about a month the right ear completely died, or it wouldn't charge after running out of battery, not sure which one.Also when only using one ear bud, the tap function to skip to the next song just restarts the current song. In the few months I've had them I've actually wanted to restart the current song once.The battery life was the only good thing. Each earbud would last at least 4 hours and the earbud holder/charger literally lasted for 3 weeks on a single charge of moderate use. Unfortunately the battery life didn't matter much once the right ear bud died and the left on only played at 10% volume. They are now basically useless to me.

These things are unreliable and not worth the money. You can buy 100s of ear plugs for the price of these. If you want plugs that play music, these aren't it. I am using these with a Note 9 so it's not like I have an outdated phone. Maybe these are hit and miss as some of the other reviews seem like like them. Me on the other hand will be putting these into the trash and sticking with a different brand of "wireless" but not fully wireless plugs because they at least keep playing music instead of the skipping garbage these play.I will say that even when the phone was in front of my face, I still had constant and unreliable skipping. It didn't matter if my phone was a foot from the ear plugs or in my pocket, 3 feet away, the connection was still completely lacking.Buy with cation.
